Clarification on the – Choc Chip Coconut Cookie recipe

I’ve added this clarification in both the post and the printed version, but in case you’d already printed the recipe I wanted to be sure you were given a heads-up…the coconut oil specified in the Chocolate Chip Coconut Cookie recipe should be melted first. That will help facilitate the blending of the oils with the sugars.

    • Oh I’m so glad Ronie! Whew. Sometimes you just don’t realize what you take for granted. It was when I was making another batch of these that I thought, hmmm I wonder if…..and…oops, I’d better…..
